TRACK 1: Wild Career Explorer Track

If you love animals but aren’t sure which career path fits best, this is the perfect place to start.

Inside Level 1, you'll explore the entire animal career universe, from wildlife veterinarians to conservation storytellers, penguin rehabilitators to bat biologists, marine mammal trainers to insect keepers, animal behavior researchers, and dozens more.

This is the track where discoveries happen, passions spark, and possibilities open up.

  • Discover 101+ exciting and unexpected careers (far beyond the traditional “vet” and “zookeeper”).

  • Test out real profession tasks through career pathway projects and hands-on mini-Critter Career Labs.

  • Learn the tools of the trade used by animal experts all over the world.

  • Understand what skills each career needs, and see which ones light you up.

  • Build confidence as you explore who you are and how you might fit into the animal world.

  • Connect with like-minded peers who also love animals and want to make a difference.

  • Get personalized support in a small, encouraging group of only 12 students.

By the end of Level 1, students walk away with a clear set of favorite career options and an exciting sense of direction.

TRACK 2: Wild Career Launch Track

If you have completed Track 1 and are ready to design your career path, then sign up today.

This advanced coaching track is where exploring turns into doing. Everything you learned and discovered in Track 1 becomes the foundation for building a powerful, personalized career plan. Plus, it is where you grow your superpowers and prep for real-world opportunities. 

This is the track where you get focused, guided, and set up for success. 

  • Design a clear, personalized career path based on your discoveries from Level 1.

  •  Grow your leadership and communication skills through Unleash Your Superpowers labs.

  •  Learn how to find and secure internships, volunteer work, and entry-level opportunities.

  •  Get support crafting emails, project portfolios, and short introductions, the tools real pros use.

  •  Build career-ready confidence through live coaching, peer discussions, and monthly check-ins.

  •  Practice professional habits that help you thrive in college, in the wild workplace, and in conservation careers.

  •  Plan your next steps toward becoming a powerful young conservation leader.

  • Stay motivated and connected with a supportive cohort of just 12 teens moving toward the same goal.

By the end of Level 2, teens graduate with a Wild Work Launch Plan, a clear roadmap that helps them step confidently into the real world of animal careers.
